Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or booking a pickup with Summer Laundry, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
2. Our service
We provide laundry pickup, cleaning, and delivery within our served areas. Pickup is available Every day, Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (evening & weekend slots for students). Standard turnaround and Express turnaround are shown at booking; Express carries a higher per-kg rate.
3. Your account
An account is required to book. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for giving us accurate contact and address information, including your house or apartment number, so we can find you.
4. Pricing & payment
Our services are priced per kilogram. Any weight or estimate shown at booking is an estimate; your final price is confirmed by actual weight at pickup. Discounts (first order, student, business, or bulk) apply as described on our Services page and don't stack beyond what's stated there. Payment is due on delivery by cash, or M-Pesa via Paybill 880100, account number 512122, or another method we offer at the time.
5. Cancellations & missed pickups
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone or WhatsApp before your pickup window. If we're unable to reach you or access your location at the agreed time, we may need to reschedule your pickup.
6. Care, damage & refunds

7. Reviews
Customers who've completed an order may leave one honest review. Reviews should reflect your genuine experience. We don't pay for, edit, or fabricate reviews.
8. Referral codes
Referral codes and any associated discount are offered at our discretion and may change or be discontinued at any time.
9. Business customers
Airbnb hosts, hotels, salons, and other businesses receive 5% off every order when booking under a business account. This discount doesn't combine with the student or bulk discount.
10. Fair use
Please don't use our service for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes. We may decline service or close an account where we reasonably believe it's being misused.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use our service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
