Do I need to create an account to book?

Yes. An account (email and password, or Google sign-in) is required to book a pickup. It's how we keep your details, address, and order history on hand, so every order after your first is just a couple of taps instead of retyping everything.

How does pickup and delivery work?

Sign in, book a pickup and delivery time, and tell us your location and house/apartment number. We collect your laundry, clean it professionally, and deliver it back to you, free of charge within our service area.

What's the difference between standard and Express delivery?

Accepted Answer

Standard orders come back within 24 hours. Same-day delivery is available at the normal rate too. Express is faster still: for Wash & Fold or Wash & Iron, request delivery within 5 hours of pickup (minimum 4 hours) and it's priced at a flat KES 150/kg. For every other service, request delivery within 3 hours (minimum 2 hours) for KES 10/kg on top of the normal rate. You'll see this applied automatically based on the delivery time you choose, it's not a separate service to select.

How will I know my order is confirmed?

After you submit a booking, you'll get a WhatsApp confirmation from us, and your order is saved to your account so nothing gets lost. Once we weigh your load, we'll send you the exact weight and price by WhatsApp and email before delivery.

How does pricing work if I don't know my exact weight?

Just pick the basket size that matches what you have. We weigh everything on pickup and you only ever pay for what you actually hand over.

Are there discounts for students, businesses, or bulk orders?

Yes. Students choose whichever plan fits how they do laundry: Student One-Off, Student Weekly, Roommate Bundle, Exam Season Package, each with its own per-kg discount, see the Student Plans page for the details. Airbnb hosts, hotels, salons and other businesses get 5% off, no minimum, and can be billed monthly instead of paying per order. Everyone else gets 10% off their first order, if it's over 10kg.

How do I pay?

Pay on delivery, by cash or M-Pesa. For M-Pesa, use Paybill 880100, account number 512122. Businesses can also choose to be billed monthly instead of paying per order.

What are the student plans?

Student One-Off: For students who need laundry occasionally. KES 10/kg off, on orders of 5kg or more. Student Weekly: One pickup every week at a discounted rate. KES 15/kg off, no minimum weight. Roommate Bundle: Two or more students combine their laundry and receive a group discount. KES 10/kg off, plus an extra 5% off once the combined load reaches 8kg. Exam Season Package: Extra pickup flexibility during busy academic periods. KES 10/kg off, no minimum, and Express delivery at the normal rate (no Express surcharge).

Do you offer business accounts?

Yes. Airbnb host, Hotel, Salon, Restaurant, Office, Other business and other businesses get 5% off every order, no minimum, recurring pickup schedules, and the option to be billed monthly instead of paying per order. What's the QR code in the footer for?

Scan it with your phone's camera to jump straight to our booking page, handy if you're browsing on a laptop but want to actually book from your phone.

How does the referral program work?

Every account has its own referral code and QR code, on the Invite a Friend page linked from your Account page. Share it, and when a friend books using your code, it's credited to your account automatically.

Do you deliver to my area?

Use the county and sub-county checker on the homepage or Contact page. We're currently in select sub-counties of Kiambu and Nairobi, and expanding, so an area not covered yet may be soon.

What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?

Love it or we'll make it right. If anything isn't cleaned to your standard, tell us within 24 hours and we'll sort it.
